Our mission is to enhance the learning process and to improve the medium of education that is accessible to all at affordable rates. Our marketplace model is working on providing safe, exciting, valuable, and teacherless education by using the “Gamification” technique. Our team is working on the new wave of education. We always need rules and regulations to keep our online platform safe for your children and our students.

Our terms and conditions are limited to those contained herein. Any alterations, additions, and terms in any forms delivered by the guardian / teacher / institutional head are deemed to be material alterations hereby. By enrolling a student in Edu addiction, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by and accepts these defined terms and conditions.

Service Terms

Our services include learning and practicing a variety of subjects including, English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, etc. Unless otherwise stated, any new or improved features of the Service will be provided under this Agreement. As per the service terms, Edu Addiction will not be liable for any of the errors, omissions, such as the availability or deletion of the Service or the loss of any data related to the Service provided by Edu Addiction.

Edu Addiction grants you the right to use your personal, exclusive, and non-transferable rights. For Content or software, you agree not to create derivative works, copy the content, edit, reverse the equation, assign, sell, sublicense, provide security interest or not use any source code/alteration in our website or in the software we provide. You agree, neither you transfer rights nor you modify the software/website in any way or form. Or you will not use modified software versions. You will not obtain unauthorized access to the service. You agree on the terms that you will not use the interface other than provided by Edu Addiction.

To use the Service, you must have access to the Internet directly or through devices that access web-based content and pay any service fees or other costs associated with the access.

Eligibility and Authority

Edu Addiction is selling its service to the person who requires it. The only adult can purchase this service by a suitable licensed payment method (upi, net banking,etc) or credit card. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you can use the service only with the participation and consent of the parent or legal guardian.

All the transactions must be made at Edu Addiction only, if students misuse the fee (paid at online platforms other than Edu Addiction) we are not responsible for that. Account will be provided to only those students who paid his/her subscription fee at Edu Addiction. For every transaction, we will give you a particular receipt. You (Parent/Guardian/Student) are also eligible to ask us for a receipt of the transaction. If you want a piece of communication with us regarding fee receipt you are welcome.

Students cannot claim their fee until his/her parents communicate with us regarding the same.

Edu Addiction’s teaching method is unique. Nobody can replicate this “Gamification” teaching method/strategy. Regarding login authority, one login is restricted to one person. If someone takes data from one ID and sells it further(misuse/abuse/freely distribute or sell to other competitors), then the ID of that person will be disabled and the amount will also not be refunded. And no further communication will be initiated from our side in that case, final decision will be ours only.

Edu Addiction Account

For learning activities, you need an account such as for purchasing and accessing content on our unique platform. Setting up an account required accurate and complete information together with a valid email address. For your account, you are responsible for everything that happens in your account, any harm or damage caused by someone using your account without your permission. Be careful with your password, if in case you fail to log in and you contact us to request access to the account, we will not grant you such access unless you provide us with the information we need to prove that you are the owner of that account. You have to be careful with your account password, you are not permitted to transfer your account or use someone else’s account. In the case of any mishappening, the user account will be closed.

You should immediately contact our support team and notify us when you discover that someone else is using your account without your prior permission (or if you suspect another security breach). We may request some information from your side to get the confirmation that you are the owner of your account and we may process further.

If we find you opened/created an account, and it violates these terms we will terminate your account. As per our Instructables Terms, you may be requested to verify your identity before authorizing it.

Payment Information

In our subscription plan, you will get promo codes to avail of the discount on Edu Addiction courses.

If you enter the wrong account information and your payment is deducted from your account but we do not receive it, then we will not have any responsibility. So whenever you made payment with us, cross-check and verify the account details before proceeding.

All the communication be made on the contact information you have shared with us (Email/phone number). We will share your account ID and Password on the Email you have shared with us, so it is your responsibility to provide us with the right information.

Content Access

We provide a license for the content on Edu Addiction. Whenever you enroll in any course you receive a license from Edu Addiction to consume the content through the Edu Addiction platform. You are not entitled to resell the content in any way by sharing information with the buyer or by illegally downloading through torrent sites.

Edu Addiction grants you (as a student/parent) a limited, non-transferable, exclusive license to view the content for which you have paid a required fee. Any restrictions, terms, and Conditions or related to the specific content or features of our Services. Other uses of content from our site are explicitly prohibited. If we do not give you express permission to do so, you may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, rent, share, modify, receive, derive, sublicense or transfer or use.

We have unlocked a few levels of launched courses. If you are viewing our content/course, then we assume that you agree with our content. After watching our free course you think that you should take this course and you subscribe. And after subscribing, you say that this course is not good or you should have a specific certificate to educate the students, or this course is not of our(student) use, then, in that case, we will not be responsible nor will refund.

We do not permit any of our users and third person to force us to take any service or website related certification. This is our unique method of teaching, if you think it can help it out in your learning you are welcome to take our courses. And if you think this is not of your use, we never/will never force you to take this course from us.

Exclusive Privilege to Teachers

For education/teaching purposes, teachers/instructors may use our course for educating students by screen sharing, projection, etc. but teacher/instructor is not allowed to sell our course on other platforms, if anyone is found doing the same, we may take strict action against him.

Content Disclaimer

The content/course we are providing is just for learning or practicing. We never promise you that after taking our course you will be successful or you will be perfect in a particular or all subject, perfection depends on your practice. Neither do we provide any exam leaks, nor do we commit that the questions we provide will come in your exam. Your success will depend upon your practice.

Student Data

Edu Addiction may collect student data, including student personal information and educational records. The data collected by Edu Addiction will be used only for sharing information, remarks, and contact (if in case required by the authorities). We will not explicit student personal information or will never share student data with any third party.

If someone hacked our website and he is not our user and after taking the information he sells it further, then we will not have any responsibility.

By submitting data and giving us access, you agree that Edu Addiction will be able to use student data to (i) provide the service, (ii) improve our service, (iii) Better implementation, and (iv) Contact you and your parents (v) Resolving issues (vi) To distribute certificates (vii) to share student remarks or (viii) To take feedback from parents.

All the communication must be done with proper mails and WhatsApp only. The communication will be done on an end to end basis (between user and company), without the interference of any third party. We will not entertain any third party.

Subscription Plan

During your subscription to the Subscription Plans at Edu Addiction, you receive an exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to access, view, and consume the content included in that Subscription Plan through the Services provided by Edu addiction.

The membership you purchase or renew will determine the scope, features, and cost of your access to the subscription plan. You cannot transfer, assign or share your subscription with anyone else.

The price and duration of our subscription plan will keep changing according to the offers. You can never claim that we have taken your course at high rates and now due to offer this course is at low rates.

Your subscription plan will be eligible at the same rates at the time the offer is running. You can't force us to give that particular course at lower rates once the offer is over.

We reserve the right to revoke any license to use the Content in our Subscription Plans for legal or procedural reasons.

The fee we are charging from you is only for providing services (Web services, Content uploading, Content management, update services, maintenance, etc) there is no fee for the content.

Refund Process

Once the amount has been deducted it will not be refunded. If in case you are involved in suspicious or any other fraudulent activities related to your Edu Addiction account you will be debarred from our services and will not be refunded. Edu Addiction has all the rights reserved as per their policy.

If in case your amount is deducted twice by mistake or due to server issues, you can contact us and show the specific receipt (transaction ID) of that particular amount deduction, we will refund you after completing the formalities.

It is not mandatory that we will refund you in the same payment method by which you have paid us. We can refund you by any payment method within 60 days.

Refund credit will not have cash value in each case unless it is used within the specified period and as required by applicable law.

If you want the same amount to be adjusted in any other subscription plan instead of a refund, then we can do that too with or without your consent.

Once you have paid for the subscription plan and you are not using it, you cannot ask us for a refund. The fee paid once for the subscription plan will not be refunded.

We have unlocked a few levels so that you can get to know about our teaching strategy and purchase our course by judging our unlocked course. But we never have provided you the right to judge our content and publicly make negative remarks about our content. If any of our users are caught maligning the image of our company, then we can cancel his subscription at any time without any notice.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are accepting our leaderboard norms and the rules, i.e. you are participating in the competitions held by Edu Addiction on a monthly basis ( we will not charge any fee for the competitions).
